More Than a Brand. A Movement.
Softness is a superpower, healing is activism, and joy is a revolutionary act.
Dr. Nesh (also known as Tenesha J. Lewis, DrPH, MPH) is a social justice educator, burnout recovery strategist, and Blerd joy enthusiast on a mission to help Black women rest, restore, and rise. With over 18 years of experience in public health and equity, she blends academic rigor with unapologetic authenticity to create healing spaces that are soft, strategic, and shake tables.
A lifelong gamer and puzzle-lover, Dr. Nesh uses analogies from video games, fantasy worlds, and DIY culture to make complex concepts deeply relatable. When she’s not speaking, teaching, or creating content, you can find her playing The Sims (25+ years strong), teaming up with her family and friends on PlayStation, singing, or tinkering with her latest home project—skills she inherited from her grandpa's shed and garden.
As a woman of faith, she centers softness as a spiritual practice and community as a healing act.
